The fork caster arrived and I installed it. My chair is fine again. Thank you. As you know, the item was seriously delayed and I was told that the DRIVE company was having logistics problems. I must say that Mark Hensien was very nice and kept me in the loop, going the extra mile, and continued to assure me that when DRIVE gets its act together, my caster would be delivered.
