We just purchased this sliding bench and are very pleased so far. Mark is wonderful to work with. He reviewed pictures of our current bathroom environment, helped us with the specific measurements, and recommended the best product. The bench was on back order and Mark monitored its availability with the manufacturer. As soon as it was available, he notified us and it was here within a couple days. The sliding bench greatly improves the safety factor for our 85 year old mother when showering. Her physical therapist strongly recommends this bench. She loves it and feels very comfortable using it. We greatly appreciate Mark’s patience and attention to detail. His focus on providing excellent customer service is outstanding!
