I am beyond happy October 15, 2022 Reviewer: Valerie Johnson from New Carrollton, MD United States   I have had this bath chair since 2018..After I became physically better..I tucked it away..After speaking to a very nice man the day I brought it. Bath life battery April 24, 2021 Reviewer: Ann from Grosse Pointe Farms, MI United States   I want to thank you for your very prompt service. My 96 yo mother was coming to stay with me and so wanted to have a bath. When I checked the lift that we had used for my late father, the battery would not charge.  I received the replacement very fast - in time for her visit. She loved her bath!! Thank you! Archimedes Bath Lift Replacement Hand Controller September 26, 2019 Reviewer: LOU SAUER from BIRMINGHAM, AL United States   Excellent service.  We ordered a replacement hand controller because the one we had previously purchased went bad after a year.
