I bought Raizer M chair a few weeks ago and before having a chance to test it, my husband fell. So, in the heat of the moment, I cranked up the Raizer, apparently the wrong way, and broke the insert of the crank. Sent an email to Myhomeforlife to inquire about the insert and was hoping to replace it instead of paying $115 for a new crank. To my surprise, I got 2 responses right away and the 2nd email from Christina Younglove offered to replace the crank at no cost, not even shipping. I am very impressed with this company as I was expecting them to tell me to spend the $115. I would recommend anyone who needs products sold by this company to buy it here because these people care about their customers, a rare occurrence these days. On top of everything else, they offer the best price for Raizer compared to others on the internet. Am really touched by their kindness and quick response.
