very easy process February 25, 2020 Reviewer: D E Farrell from Bowie, MD United States   I needed a new controller for my bath chair that is 7 years old. After trying unsuccessfully to contact the manufacturer directly, I looked online and found that the product was available from myhomeforlife. I called, and was advised of the process. Very easy. Works fine July 17, 2019 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from San Mateo, CA United States   Everything is working fine. The hand control has a battery pack in it. We ordered this hand control to replace our original because the batteries in the original one wore out.  Now we've got the bath lift working again, and life is better.
